Today begins with an exciting climb up Sigiriya Lion Rock after breakfast, offering you breathtaking views from the top. Following your descent, you'll have the opportunity to experience local village life with a bullock cart ride, a traditional village lunch in a local home, and a deeper understanding of Sri Lankan culture. As evening approaches, you'll embark on a thrilling Minneriya National Park safari, a chance to encounter Sri Lanka's wildlife in its natural habitat. Your overnight stay remains in Sigiriya.

After breakfast, we'll continue our journey, this time heading to the historic city of Kandy. En route, we'll visit a Spice and Herbal Garden, Aluwihare Temple, and a Hindu Temple, offering insights into Sri Lanka's diverse cultural and natural heritage. In the evening, you'll have the privilege of visiting the Kandy Tooth Relic Temple, an iconic Buddhist site, followed by a cultural dance show that showcases the island's rich traditions. Your night's accommodation is in Kandy.

Day four takes you to Nuwara Eliya, fondly known as "Little England." Along the scenic route, you'll visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden, a Gem Museum, a Wood Carving Factory, a Tea Factory, Tea Gardens, and beautiful waterfalls, providing a glimpse into Sri Lanka's lush natural beauty and craftsmanship. Your overnight stay is in Nuwara Eliya, surrounded by a cool climate and rolling hills.

In the morning, you'll explore Nuwara Eliya on a city tour, taking in its colonial charm and picturesque landscapes. Then, the highlight of the day awaits as you embark on a scenic train ride from Nanuoya to Ella, offering breathtaking vistas of lush tea plantations and misty mountains. You'll enjoy lunch at Ella Chill Restaurant, and a driver will pick you up from Ella station, where you'll spend the night.

Following breakfast, you'll visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam's Peak, providing stunning photo opportunities amidst Ella's natural beauty. Then, we'll head straight to Bentota, with an optional Udawalawa Wild Safari on the way. In Bentota, you'll settle in for the night, ready for more adventures on the coast.

After breakfast, you'll explore the tranquil Madu River with a boat safari, visit a Turtle Hatchery, engage in water sports, and savor a delectable seafood lunch. Your last night in Sri Lanka will be spent in Bentota, where you can unwind on the beach.

Your final day begins with breakfast, followed by some shopping and sightseeing in Colombo, Sri Lanka's vibrant capital city. You'll explore its bustling streets, and cultural landmarks, and perhaps indulge in some last-minute souvenir shopping. In the evening, we'll transfer you to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your incredible 8-day Sri Lankan journey filled with diverse experiences and beautiful memories.
